1.申請(qǐng)?jiān)S可Wouldn#39;t it be possible for me to take the day off this Friday?
(這個(gè)星期五,我是否可以休一天假?)
請(qǐng)休假用takethe day off。如果是兩天以上就用days off。老板會(huì)很干脆地答應(yīng)說that#39;ll be OK,或是會(huì)帶有不悅意味回答will everything be all right?(一切都安排就緒了嗎?),這些都要看你平時(shí)的工作表現(xiàn)而定。
2.提議
I think we need to buy a new copier.(我想我們需要買一臺(tái)新的復(fù)印機(jī))
說出上句之前,必須說明our copying machine has broken down again.(復(fù)印機(jī)又出毛病了)以作為提案的.依據(jù)?蜌庖恍┑奶嶙h,用suggest如I would suggest we buy a new copoer.
3.表示了解上司的指示
Yes,of course.(是,我知道了)
也可用I understand(我明白了),或Yes, right away(好的馬上去做),對(duì)上司說OK,或 all right并不恰當(dāng)。很忙時(shí),說I#39;m sorry, but I#39;m busy now. Could I do it later?
4.確認(rèn)上司指示的內(nèi)容
Yor did say next Tuesday at 2:00 P.M., didn#39;t you?(您是說在下星期二下午2點(diǎn),是不是?)
任何事都必須確認(rèn)一下。如果對(duì)方是外國(guó)人更要如此。上句也可直截了當(dāng)?shù)卣flet me confirm
。ㄗ屛掖_認(rèn)一下時(shí)間和日期)
5.報(bào)告商談結(jié)果
I had a feeling he was in favor of the plan.(我覺得他贊成那個(gè)計(jì)劃)
記住I have a feeling (that)……(我覺得……),及……(that ) he was against the plan.(他反對(duì)那個(gè)計(jì)劃)這兩句話都很管用.
