　　劉某是法律專業(yè)，在她的幾份求職簡歷中有著明顯的不同。其中一份簡歷中，劉某的照片十分端莊，是典型的證明照。簡歷表里“愛好和特長”一欄，小李填寫的是讀書、上網(wǎng)。而另一份簡歷里，劉某貼上的則是漂亮的生活照，“愛好和特長”一欄寫著：能歌善舞口才好。

　　原來，這不同的簡歷表是劉某為應(yīng)聘不同的單位準(zhǔn)備的。應(yīng)聘事業(yè)單位、大型企業(yè)時(shí)，她一般都會(huì)交上前一份簡歷。因?yàn)樗�認(rèn)為這些單位會(huì)喜歡穩(wěn)重大方的求職者，而應(yīng)聘諸如外企、合資企業(yè)時(shí)，她則會(huì)交上第二份簡歷，她相信外企的人比較喜歡能說善談的求職者。

　　在采訪中記者發(fā)現(xiàn)，與劉某有著同樣想法的求職者還真不少。小林是師范學(xué)校的一名學(xué)生，但她學(xué)的卻是非師范類專業(yè)，為了在招聘中能贏得主動(dòng)，她的幾份簡歷中的“求職意向”一欄，填寫得也不太一樣。準(zhǔn)備應(yīng)聘老師職位的簡歷中寫著“本人熱愛人民教師工作，有志于從事與教育事業(yè)相關(guān)的職業(yè)”，準(zhǔn)備應(yīng)聘非師范類工作的簡歷中則沒有這樣的話。

　　有關(guān)專家認(rèn)為，大學(xué)生不應(yīng)把求職成功與否的“寶”押在簡歷上。求職簡歷只要客觀詳盡地介紹自己的情況即可，過分揣摩用人單位的想法不一定會(huì)取得理想的效果，有可能還會(huì)適得其反。
