　　新年剛過(guò)，大學(xué)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生開(kāi)始為求職而忙碌。記者調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，越來(lái)越多的大學(xué)生開(kāi)始通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行求職，但效率相對(duì)低下，有人在某求職網(wǎng)站上投了100多份簡(jiǎn)歷，但連個(gè)面試的機(jī)會(huì)都沒(méi)得到。

　　三成畢業(yè)生求職靠“網(wǎng)投”

　　據(jù)某招聘網(wǎng)2008年畢業(yè)生求職調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)顯示，通過(guò)人才網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行求職的學(xué)生占總數(shù)的33.6%，通過(guò)校園進(jìn)行求職的占21.2%，通過(guò)報(bào)紙、雜志進(jìn)行求職的占4.4%，通過(guò)社會(huì)招聘會(huì)進(jìn)行求職的占16.4%……有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人表示，大學(xué)畢業(yè)生沒(méi)有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，所投簡(jiǎn)歷與職位要求的專業(yè)不對(duì)口，此外投簡(jiǎn)歷比較盲目，這些都是造成網(wǎng)投效率較低的原因。

　　金融危機(jī)加大網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職難度

　　“學(xué)校里的招聘會(huì)不多，我們只能寄希望網(wǎng)絡(luò)求職。從10月份到現(xiàn)在，我已經(jīng)在求職網(wǎng)站上投了近千份簡(jiǎn)歷，可是全都石沉大海。”一名大四女生說(shuō)。天津師大的一位姓張的同學(xué)告訴記者，對(duì)于大學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，求職的主要渠道就是網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘和校園招聘。“我的很多同學(xué)都在網(wǎng)上投過(guò)簡(jiǎn)歷，但近一個(gè)月里，沒(méi)有一個(gè)同學(xué)接到過(guò)面試的電話。”

　　記者瀏覽了多家求職網(wǎng)站發(fā)現(xiàn)，近兩個(gè)月進(jìn)行招聘的用人單位數(shù)量明顯減少，部分用人單位登出的招聘信息已在網(wǎng)上掛了一個(gè)多月。對(duì)此許多求職者發(fā)出疑問(wèn)：“到底是招人還是做廣告?”記者咨詢了本市及全國(guó)性的幾家求職網(wǎng)站的負(fù)責(zé)人，他們也承認(rèn)金融危機(jī)爆發(fā)后，招聘企業(yè)的數(shù)量確實(shí)有所減少。

　　與招聘單位數(shù)量越來(lái)越少的場(chǎng)面不同，求職網(wǎng)站的瀏覽量并未減少，求職者仍是堅(jiān)持每天登錄、刷新。記者在幾所高校的BBS上發(fā)現(xiàn)，許多同學(xué)都在抱怨網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的求職難。“一家房地產(chǎn)公司的辦公室職員一崗，竟有2000多人投遞簡(jiǎn)歷。”對(duì)此，網(wǎng)站負(fù)責(zé)人表示：“金融危機(jī)加大了網(wǎng)絡(luò)的求職難度，許多招聘單位公布的郵箱每天都能接到幾百封簡(jiǎn)歷的郵件，讀都讀不過(guò)來(lái)。”

　　目前，網(wǎng)上求職已成為現(xiàn)在社會(huì)的一個(gè)主要求職途徑。為了能夠幫助求職者在網(wǎng)上快速求職，專家給出了一些建議：

　　簡(jiǎn)歷要簡(jiǎn)單明了由于缺少了面談環(huán)節(jié)，所以電子簡(jiǎn)歷的制作就必須要有針對(duì)性，根據(jù)應(yīng)聘的職位來(lái)突出重點(diǎn)。另外，自己制作的簡(jiǎn)歷最好能附上相片，更便于招聘單位了解情況。主要的聯(lián)系方式要寫(xiě)清楚，但類似身份證號(hào)碼這些隱私就沒(méi)必要寫(xiě)了。還有要注意的就是，最好不要通過(guò)附件形式發(fā)送電子簡(jiǎn)歷，因?yàn)楝F(xiàn)在很多公司都擔(dān)心受到病毒的攻擊，他們收到以附件形式發(fā)送的郵件，很可能看都不看就刪掉，所以求職者最好通過(guò)直接發(fā)送的方式投簡(jiǎn)歷。制作簡(jiǎn)歷的時(shí)候要注意排好格式，并且在電子郵件的主題框中寫(xiě)明“應(yīng)聘職位”，企業(yè)收到信件不用打開(kāi)便知應(yīng)聘的職業(yè)，這樣方便負(fù)責(zé)人看到求職者的詳細(xì)情況。
