My name is xxx， and I will graduate from Xi’an FanYi University in the year 2003， My major is secretary in English department.
It’s my great pleasure to have this opportunity to improve our mutual understanding. During the three –year college study， I tried my best to learn all kinds of knowledge， and weigh the hard work of my teachers and myself; I have mastered English listening， speaking， writing and reading skills.
Moreover， I have a good command of Business English and the basic theory， public relationship of secretary. Meanwhile， in order to enlarge my knowledge， I always read some newspapers and magazines about business and trade， and I used to do some representative of business in my spare time. At the same time， I learnt computer skills during my summer vacation， and now I’m familiar with Office 2000. It is my three –year college life that makes me form my life attitude. 一份份短小精悍的簡(jiǎn)歷取代了以往厚厚的自傳式簡(jiǎn)歷和嘩眾取寵的“光盤(pán)簡(jiǎn)歷”，求職簡(jiǎn)歷開(kāi)始“返璞歸真”了。這是記者最近在市內(nèi)各大人才市場(chǎng)上看到的新鮮事。
昨天上午，在解放碑商業(yè)大廈人才市場(chǎng)舉行的“地產(chǎn)精英”大型人才招聘會(huì)上，重慶工商大學(xué)廣告專(zhuān)業(yè)小李應(yīng)聘一家外企的文秘，她遞上的簡(jiǎn)歷只有薄薄三張紙，上面只有個(gè)人基本信息、聯(lián)系方式以及社會(huì)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。小李說(shuō)，以前學(xué)兄學(xué)姐制作一份簡(jiǎn)歷得花上好幾天功夫，內(nèi)容更像是個(gè)人自傳，一份簡(jiǎn)歷厚厚的幾十頁(yè)，加上包裝起碼要花幾十塊錢(qián)，往單位投遞的數(shù)量一多“銀子”就“遭不住”。今年寢室的5個(gè)伙伴一致決定，每份簡(jiǎn)歷不超過(guò)3張紙，根據(jù)不同單位和職位來(lái)制作簡(jiǎn)歷，讓自己和企業(yè)都省一把力。
去年，一些大學(xué)生求職時(shí)直接遞給用人單位一張光盤(pán)，里面有他個(gè)人的各種信息。今年這類(lèi)高科技產(chǎn)品在招聘會(huì)上明顯受到冷落。與包裝華麗、精雕細(xì)刻的自薦書(shū)相比，招聘單位們更看重這些“兩三張紙”。和記黃埔地產(chǎn)公司的一位負(fù)責(zé)人坦率地告訴記者，前幾年，大學(xué)生的求職簡(jiǎn)歷簡(jiǎn)直讓人眼花繚亂，幾十種“實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)”常常讓用人單位絞盡腦汁來(lái)鑒別真?zhèn)巍?/p>
重大B區(qū)的陳誠(chéng)應(yīng)聘的是重慶協(xié)信集團(tuán)的工程設(shè)計(jì)人員。他告訴記者，自己并非不想制作一份與眾不同的漂亮簡(jiǎn)歷，但現(xiàn)在的用人單位更注重與大學(xué)生面對(duì)面交流，因此，自己也就沒(méi)必要去花那個(gè)冤枉錢(qián)了。
重慶大洋裝飾工程有限公司的人事秦經(jīng)理表示，這次收到的160多份簡(jiǎn)歷的總重量只相當(dāng)于原來(lái)20份簡(jiǎn)歷的重量，但針對(duì)性都很強(qiáng)，公司可以很省力地挑選出合適人才。
