附：求職簡(jiǎn)歷是體現(xiàn)一名求職者素質(zhì)、水平的鏡子，把自己推薦給用人單位，對(duì)方對(duì)你的第一印象就是求職簡(jiǎn)歷。因此，要想得到這份工作，寫好求職簡(jiǎn)歷非常重要。有些求職者在撰寫求職簡(jiǎn)歷時(shí)常常會(huì)對(duì)求職簡(jiǎn)歷的作用、書寫產(chǎn)生一些誤解，這應(yīng)引起注意。常見的誤解有：
1、一份最能充分表現(xiàn)自己的任職資格和工作能力的求職簡(jiǎn)歷，就算是寫得最好的筒歷。這種看法過于簡(jiǎn)單。簡(jiǎn)歷的根本作用在于盡可能地吸引招聘單位對(duì)你的注意力，能讓有關(guān)的職業(yè)介紹所或人才交流中心為之砰然心動(dòng)，欲把你推薦給用人單位而后快。一般來說，你所想去的單位，可能別人也想去，人事部門一天下來可能同時(shí)收到幾十份甚至上百份簡(jiǎn)歷，許多簡(jiǎn)歷可能看一眼就放在一邊了， 因此作為簡(jiǎn)歷上所寫的東西，必須讓人特別注意，使對(duì)方對(duì)你有個(gè)好印象，否則之后你就不可能指望有任何與對(duì)方面談的機(jī)會(huì)了，因此簡(jiǎn)歷寫得好壞是決定你能否得到所求職位的第一關(guān)。
2、簡(jiǎn)歷是求職者自然狀況的自然展現(xiàn)，是經(jīng)歷、學(xué)歷與社會(huì)關(guān)系的描述。其實(shí)不然，你的簡(jiǎn)歷要讓你經(jīng)得起淘汰，使自己成為有機(jī)會(huì)接受面試的人之一，所以有人說，簡(jiǎn)歷只是一個(gè)釣餌，目的在于激發(fā)招聘單位人事經(jīng)理的興趣，從而為自己贏得面試機(jī)會(huì)。
3、為了贏得面談機(jī)會(huì)可以捏造事實(shí)、抬高身價(jià)、弄虛作假。顯然不可以。因?yàn)闋?zhēng)取面談機(jī)會(huì)并不是最后目的，最后的目的是要取得工作。如果弄虛作假暫時(shí)取得了面談機(jī)會(huì)，但以后如果被對(duì)方發(fā)覺，那么將把自己弄得身敗名裂。如果實(shí)事求是地說明自己的情況，一家不成還可以去找另一家，而弄虛作假后卻可能招致到處把你拒之門外。
4、求職簡(jiǎn)歷寫得越詳細(xì)越好，用人單位會(huì)認(rèn)真審讀。事實(shí)上，用人單位的人事經(jīng)理用于簡(jiǎn)歷的閱讀時(shí)間，一般不會(huì)超過2分鐘，因?yàn)樗刻炜赡芤创罅康倪@類信件，還有很多工作要做，寫得詳細(xì)，反而會(huì)使人厭煩而把你的簡(jiǎn)歷扔到一邊。
5、要想把簡(jiǎn)歷寫好點(diǎn)，最好請(qǐng)專門寫簡(jiǎn)歷的專業(yè)人員代寫。事實(shí)上，專業(yè)人員寫出來的東西都是千篇一律，毫無特色。個(gè)人的求職簡(jiǎn)歷最好是自己起草，然后再請(qǐng)專業(yè)人員或有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的人過目，提提意見，或修改一下，這樣能做到獨(dú)具特色，而且符合常識(shí)性的要求。
