　　一段誘人的求學(xué)或者職場經(jīng)歷，對(duì)每一個(gè)求職者來說都是夢寐以求的“武器”。公司在納才時(shí)會(huì)求證對(duì)方簡歷的真實(shí)性，但是現(xiàn)在，辨識(shí)真?zhèn)物@然已不是最主要的工作。許多人力資源經(jīng)理最為頭痛的問題是：光鮮而真實(shí)的簡歷背后，是否真的站著一個(gè)實(shí)有其才的人。

　　上周末記者在光谷采訪時(shí)，正在加班的某科技公司人力資源部經(jīng)理范先生遞給了記者幾份簡歷，哭笑不得：“這些簡歷上都沒說謊，但人究竟怎么樣，就真的很難判斷。”

　　記者看到的這幾份簡歷可謂亮點(diǎn)紛呈：“英國利物浦大學(xué)畢業(yè)……”“在上海某知名大型企業(yè)工作三年，獨(dú)立承擔(dān)某某項(xiàng)目……”如此多的優(yōu)秀人才投至門下，選擇余地也大，該是件值得高興的事情。但范先生告訴記者，這些年被許多“閃亮”的簡歷晃過幾次眼，現(xiàn)在招人已是越來越謹(jǐn)慎了。從內(nèi)心里，他甚至希望求職者的簡歷更樸實(shí)一點(diǎn)為好。

　　范先生去年招聘到一位年輕海歸，小伙子有海外求學(xué)背景，也有在名企實(shí)習(xí)的經(jīng)歷，條件簡直無可挑剔。但將他招至國際業(yè)務(wù)部后，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)完全不是那個(gè)事!業(yè)務(wù)技能欠缺，驕傲自大，人際關(guān)系也是一團(tuán)糟，手頭上的工作常常拿不下來，最后索性辭職了之。

　　記者認(rèn)識(shí)的幾位人力資源部負(fù)責(zé)人，幾乎都聲稱有過被這些“鍍金人才”晃過眼的經(jīng)歷。他們的職場經(jīng)歷頗為誘人，對(duì)薪水或職位的要求也高，但結(jié)果卻往往令企業(yè)十分失望。“企業(yè)總是急于招到天資優(yōu)秀而經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的人，在這種心態(tài)下，鍍金人才成為一種較為常見的現(xiàn)象，這實(shí)際上還是企業(yè)浮躁心態(tài)的表現(xiàn)。”漢陽一家制造業(yè)集團(tuán)公司人力資源部經(jīng)理魏先生直言不諱地說。

　　而某知名IT公司行政部經(jīng)理陶女士則坦言，有不少人通過到行業(yè)知名公司“鍍金偷藝”，或?qū)⒚�企�?dāng)作跳板最后一跳了之，同樣讓不少企業(yè)頭疼。

　　對(duì)此，人力資源專家伍輝認(rèn)為，想招到“真金人才”，企業(yè)應(yīng)建立公平而專業(yè)的考核制度，并注重實(shí)踐期的考察，同時(shí)，建立相應(yīng)的企業(yè)保護(hù)制度，謹(jǐn)防商業(yè)機(jī)密的外流現(xiàn)象。伍輝提出，企業(yè)更應(yīng)建立成熟和系統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)機(jī)制，投資于能真正接受企業(yè)文化的人才，少一些“吃現(xiàn)成飯”的浮躁心態(tài)，否則極易被“鍍金人才”鉆了空子。
