　　撰寫簡歷，沒有千篇一律的規(guī)律，求職者可根據(jù)自己的求職目標、招聘單位的條件和要求以及自己的強項和弱項等不同情況，注意有的放矢，展現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢，同時兼顧簡潔扼要，合體適用等幾個問題。在編寫時，同樣要注意一些事項：

　　1、簡歷應包括的基本內容：

　　求職者應注意簡歷設計的內容，以方便招聘單位對應聘者有一個大概的了解�；�本來說，求職簡歷應包括以下信息內容：姓名、性別、出生年月、專業(yè)、學歷層次、主修課程、輔修課程、職業(yè)技能、社會實踐經(jīng)歷、校內職務、專業(yè)特長、性格特點、興趣愛好、供職意向、薪酬期望、聯(lián)系方式等。

　　2、從對方的角度考慮問題:

　　求職者撰寫簡歷的目的，就是讓你潛在的雇主或招聘單位了解你，進而聘用你。因此，作為一名求職應征者，應從自己的興趣志向轉向到你未來雇主或招聘單位的立場需求上，以你的長處來迎合、滿足你未來雇主或招聘單位的需要，使他們看到你對他們的價值，即“能為他們做什么?”這就要求在撰寫簡歷時，應針對對方的要求，而不是向他傳遞你的興趣去向，即將從學校畢業(yè)的大學生尤其要注意這一點。

　　3、文字簡明 主題突出 :

　　求職者在撰寫簡歷時，切記要重點突出地編寫與所申請職位相關的經(jīng)驗與技能。對于應屆畢業(yè)生而言，由于沒有工作經(jīng)驗，簡歷的重點應放在學習成績，以及參加過的課外活動、實習經(jīng)歷上。如打算應征文秘類工作，則要突出與該類工作相關的所學課程、專業(yè)技能以及強調能勝任該類工作的相關經(jīng)驗。

　　4、措辭得體 適度表意

　　簡歷屬于應用文體，措辭表意有習慣要求，行文時不應違背這些要求，而應力求得體適度。

　　簡歷用詞應盡可能精練，應盡可能使用短語表意。以使簡歷短小精悍，通俗易懂。

　　行文要讓事實說話，避免使用抽象、空洞的措辭，應以客觀的態(tài)度、具體的事實以及準確的數(shù)據(jù)說話，使閱讀者不僅了解每句話的字面含義，而且能悟出言外之意，進而了解求職者所取得的成就及獲得成就的能力與專長。

　　行文應排除那些帶有強烈色彩的修飾語，帶有個人看法的字眼及強調語，而選用具體、明確的動詞性短語、名詞性短語和形容詞短語。用具體明確的細節(jié)表述實情，可使求職者顯得平實、謙虛和自信。行文時既不要用第三人稱，也不要用第一人稱，最好是省略主語，或使主語隱含于句子之中，使用主語隱化的句子可以避免自夸之嫌，使句子顯得活潑，輕快。

　　5、格式恰當 篇幅適宜

　　求職者要根據(jù)自身情況，選擇最能體現(xiàn)自身優(yōu)勢，最適合自己各方面任職資格的簡歷格式。

　　編寫簡歷時，要根據(jù)寄送簡歷的目的，結合對方的要求，精心篩選和編排有關素材。凡與寄送該簡歷目的無關者，與對方的要求無聯(lián)系者，一律刪除;凡有關和有聯(lián)系者，要分清主次，去粗取精;行文時要字斟句酌，惜墨如金，使整個簡歷的篇幅精簡，濃縮，達到適宜的程度。

　　6、精心編排打印

　　簡歷的好壞，關鍵在于這份簡歷給人的印象如何，因此，還必須對寫好的簡歷進行必要的加工，對它進行編排打印。

　　簡歷的排版打印要精心設計，四周必須留出足夠的空白，顯得空間美。每行之間要有一定的空間便于人們閱讀。

　　各項目的名稱應使用較粗一些、較大一些的字體與字號，以便同正文有所區(qū)別。切忌簡歷中出現(xiàn)跳字、文字高低不平、用改正液涂改正的痕跡。千萬不能把多次復印模糊不清的簡歷四處發(fā)放，容易給人造成“求職專業(yè)戶”的印象。最后，簡歷初稿完成后，請老師或同學提供改進意見和建議，然后定稿，校對無誤后復印一二十份以供應用。
