I did this because I have always wanted to be a hospital pharmacy. My professors， Sr. John Harkin， Dr. Mildred Carter， and Dr. Iriny Schultz have give me permission to use their names as reference.

一份份短小精悍的簡歷取代了以往厚厚的自傳式簡歷和嘩眾取寵的“光盤簡歷”，求職簡歷開始“返璞歸真”了。這是記者最近在市內(nèi)各大人才市場上看到的新鮮事。
昨天上午，在解放碑商業(yè)大廈人才市場舉行的“地產(chǎn)精英”大型人才招聘會上，重慶工商大學(xué)廣告專業(yè)小李應(yīng)聘一家外企的文秘，她遞上的簡歷只有薄薄三張紙，上面只有個人基本信息、聯(lián)系方式以及社會實踐經(jīng)驗。小李說，以前學(xué)兄學(xué)姐制作一份簡歷得花上好幾天功夫，內(nèi)容更像是個人自傳，一份簡歷厚厚的幾十頁，加上包裝起碼要花幾十塊錢，往單位投遞的數(shù)量一多“銀子”就“遭不住”。今年寢室的5個伙伴一致決定，每份簡歷不超過3張紙，根據(jù)不同單位和職位來制作簡歷，讓自己和企業(yè)都省一把力。
去年，一些大學(xué)生求職時直接遞給用人單位一張光盤，里面有他個人的各種信息。今年這類高科技產(chǎn)品在招聘會上明顯受到冷落。與包裝華麗、精雕細(xì)刻的自薦書相比，招聘單位們更看重這些“兩三張紙”。和記黃埔地產(chǎn)公司的一位負(fù)責(zé)人坦率地告訴記者，前幾年，大學(xué)生的求職簡歷簡直讓人眼花繚亂，幾十種“實踐經(jīng)驗”常常讓用人單位絞盡腦汁來鑒別真?zhèn)巍?/p>
重大B區(qū)的陳誠應(yīng)聘的是重慶協(xié)信集團(tuán)的工程設(shè)計人員。他告訴記者，自己并非不想制作一份與眾不同的漂亮簡歷，但現(xiàn)在的用人單位更注重與大學(xué)生面對面交流，因此，自己也就沒必要去花那個冤枉錢了。
重慶大洋裝飾工程有限公司的人事秦經(jīng)理表示，這次收到的160多份簡歷的總重量只相當(dāng)于原來20份簡歷的重量，但針對性都很強(qiáng)，公司可以很省力地挑選出合適人才。
