英文求職信寫(xiě)作格式及注意事項(xiàng)

　　一：英文求職信格式：

　　英文求職信格式與中文是不同的，在寫(xiě)作的時(shí)候，除了要注意語(yǔ)法之外，最重要的就是格式了：英文求職信的格式一般由五個(gè)組成部分：寫(xiě)信動(dòng)機(jī)，自我介紹，能力(技能)介紹，結(jié)尾與附件.

　　1：寫(xiě)信動(dòng)機(jī)部分：通常求職信是針對(duì)報(bào)紙上，網(wǎng)上的或是其他途徑的招聘廣告而寫(xiě)的.因此，信中須首先提到時(shí)在何月何日的什么報(bào)紙上看到的信息，在什么網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)看到的招聘廣告，又或是是由朋友或介紹所介紹的等等.當(dāng)然，有時(shí)寫(xiě)信人不知某機(jī)構(gòu)，單位有求職機(jī)會(huì)，只是毛遂自薦，那么也需說(shuō)明寫(xiě)求職信的緣由與目的.另外，需開(kāi)門見(jiàn)山的點(diǎn)明應(yīng)聘的職位或是希望承擔(dān)的職務(wù).

　　2：自我介紹部分：此部分應(yīng)述明自己的年齡或出生年月，教育背景，特別是與應(yīng)征職位有關(guān)的訓(xùn)練或教育科目，求職經(jīng)驗(yàn)或特殊技能.如無(wú)實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)，略述在學(xué)類似經(jīng)驗(yàn)亦可.

　　3：能力(技能)介紹部分：如果缺乏求職經(jīng)歷，可以將社會(huì)求職細(xì)節(jié)放在求職經(jīng)歷中，這樣會(huì)填補(bǔ)求職經(jīng)驗(yàn)少的缺陷.比如，在做團(tuán)支書(shū)，學(xué)生會(huì)主席等社會(huì)求職時(shí)組織過(guò)什么活動(dòng)，聯(lián)系過(guò)什么事，參與過(guò)什么都可以一一羅列.

　　4：結(jié)尾：求職信的結(jié)尾，應(yīng)注意表達(dá)，珍惜求職機(jī)會(huì)與如果得到職位后將不遺余力的表現(xiàn)決心，希望招聘單位給予自己施展才華的機(jī)會(huì)等.另外，不要忘了注明正熱切盼望雇主的回復(fù).

　　5：附件：畢業(yè)證書(shū)，資格證書(shū)，獲獎(jiǎng)證明應(yīng)列好表單，附于求職信后.需要注意的是英文求職信的附件是很重要的.

　　二：英文求職信寫(xiě)作注意事項(xiàng)：

　　1：在信中您必須要以一兩句話來(lái)表達(dá)您為何會(huì)對(duì)您所應(yīng)征的求職感興趣.

　　2：告訴收信人您是從何處獲悉雇主有職位空缺，這實(shí)際上是協(xié)助雇主從事他的招聘統(tǒng)計(jì)求職，比如是報(bào)紙廣告，或電臺(tái)，政府勞工處等等.
