　　i would like to make a change now because i feel that i can go no further in my present job, i feel that my ability and my training should enable me to advance into a better and more responsible position, and it appears that this will not be forth-coming at my present position.

　　受雇歷史：學(xué)生求職一般是對(duì)應(yīng)專業(yè)的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，學(xué)生們應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)站在別人的角度看自己的簡歷;

　　榮譽(yù)和獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)：明確所獲獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)的名稱、級(jí)別和獲獎(jiǎng)范圍;

　　姓名和電話：手機(jī)必須保證沒欠費(fèi)，住宅電話也須保證一旦電話打到家里有人知道此事;

　　專業(yè)課程：注明相關(guān)課程分?jǐn)?shù)，如應(yīng)聘金融保險(xiǎn)類職位必須注明金融保險(xiǎn)課程詳情，而不必贅述哲學(xué)課程;

　　STAR原則即Situation：寫明問題狀況、如何解決，Task：描寫完成項(xiàng)目，Action：執(zhí)行的政策和自己在其中的想法，Result：自己的貢獻(xiàn)，譬如在促銷成功中自己完成的比例，必須寫故事，自己做了什么、得到什么、善于什么;
