附：好端端的一份求職簡(jiǎn)歷，封面卻赫然印有“無(wú)形資本”四字;為奪人眼球，已婚偏偏寫成“待定”……記者昨日從人才服務(wù)中心獲悉，滬上部分求職者包裝意識(shí)太過(guò)強(qiáng)烈，頻頻制造出“怪味”簡(jiǎn)歷，有關(guān)專家指出，這樣做的效果可能適得其反。
“大老遠(yuǎn)趕來(lái)不是為找工作，而是口口聲聲要我們?yōu)槠浒b。”中心一位工作人員介紹說(shuō)，日前一位求職者王先生的做法令其哭笑不得。這位王先生不但將厚厚一本簡(jiǎn)歷更名改姓，謂之“無(wú)形資本”，甚至連簡(jiǎn)歷上的每個(gè)欄目名稱都被冠以各類“資本”，生物、地理、物理，統(tǒng)統(tǒng)叫做物理資本、生物資本等等，至于具體的精通程度，“無(wú)形資本”吹噓其為“專家”水準(zhǔn)。
無(wú)獨(dú)有偶，為了引起用人單位的關(guān)注，已婚的呂女士竟然在簡(jiǎn)歷是否婚配一欄上填上“待定”二字。呂女士表示：找工作，簡(jiǎn)歷自然要“跳”得出。而在另一份簡(jiǎn)歷上，一位求職者甚至把自己的大頭照改換門庭，“嫁接”到了一張撲克牌的大怪身上，以顯示自己的電腦美工技術(shù)確有造詣。
記者從滬上不少才市了解到，目前除了應(yīng)屆生熱衷制造各種“怪味”簡(jiǎn)歷，其他求職者也逐漸開始崇尚一些比較“妖”的簡(jiǎn)歷，認(rèn)為簡(jiǎn)歷越“彈眼落睛”，求職希望越大。
對(duì)此，一些常與招聘單位打交道的中介機(jī)構(gòu)看法不一。目前找工作難度較大，簡(jiǎn)歷應(yīng)根據(jù)專業(yè)細(xì)分，一方面可以節(jié)約用人單位的時(shí)間成本，另一方面也能體現(xiàn)個(gè)人特色，只要適度，可以容忍。
從不少外企的反饋看，大多人事主管還是喜歡較為簡(jiǎn)潔的個(gè)人履歷，三四張紙，只要把個(gè)人的信息說(shuō)清楚就好，太過(guò)花里胡哨，效果反而不佳。
[記者述評(píng)]誰(shuí)“異化”了簡(jiǎn)歷
簡(jiǎn)歷本來(lái)的作用是簡(jiǎn)單介紹自己的經(jīng)歷、特長(zhǎng)、要求，僅僅是求職的工具。但是，現(xiàn)在的求職簡(jiǎn)歷卻在不斷“異化”，“怪味”百出。前不久國(guó)內(nèi)某省一女性求職者甚至在簡(jiǎn)歷上貼上低胸照，以“色相”吸引眼球;另一男性應(yīng)屆生為求職甚至“蓄須”銘志……
是誰(shuí)“異化”了簡(jiǎn)歷?經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)有一個(gè)常理，有需求才會(huì)有市場(chǎng)。個(gè)別單位近乎扭曲的攬才標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在一定程度上引發(fā)了簡(jiǎn)歷的變味。前不久本報(bào)曾報(bào)道過(guò)一個(gè)35歲女性人才因?yàn)楠?dú)身，用人單位不要。還有的單位竟表示不會(huì)抽煙喝酒，不要;不會(huì)泡吧，不要。外地一些媒體還曾報(bào)道，會(huì)不會(huì)與上司調(diào)情也成了一個(gè)選才的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
最終受害的是求職者，是真正要人才的用人單位。所以，要還簡(jiǎn)歷一個(gè)本來(lái)的面貌，它們僅僅是一個(gè)手段，一種工具，駿馬用其找個(gè)賽馬場(chǎng)，伯樂(lè)用其來(lái)尋良材，除此以外，它不應(yīng)再添加太多附加的功能。
套用一句廣告詞，何必把簡(jiǎn)單的事兒弄復(fù)雜呢?
