不過，珠珠還是以為，既使你實在是想知道自己到底能從這份職業(yè)里掙到多少錢，你也應(yīng)該選擇一個適當(dāng)?shù)臅r機(jī)。一般來說，只有在面試最后，他們明確地說要雇用你的時候，你才能談到薪水問題�；蛘哒f，當(dāng)你在滿足以下條件的時候，才是你談薪水的時候：
這是你在該公司的最后一次面試。
他們已了解你，也看出你高出其他求職者一籌。
你也已了解他們，越全面越好，你可以看出他們什么時候堅定什么時候猶豫。
你已清楚工作狀況。
他們已了解你，認(rèn)為你正適合工作需要。

為什么推遲些說比較好?因為如果你在面試中表現(xiàn)出色，他們可能開出一個比預(yù)算更高的工資。所以，你不要先去觸碰這個“雷區(qū)”。但是，如果面試官很早就提出了這個問題，你最好的回答是：我很愿意談?wù)撨@個問題，但是能不能先請你談一下工作內(nèi)容?”或者說：“在你決定雇用我、我決定在這兒工作之前討論這個問題還為時過早。”大多數(shù)情況下，這樣的說法都是奏效的。
