附：信函的內(nèi)容
求職信的格式不一定要按照所謂的標準要求，要有所創(chuàng)造，有所個性。但不應(yīng)該離題了。在了解求職信的重要性之后，我們應(yīng)該明白求職信的內(nèi)容最好不要寫偏寫無關(guān)內(nèi)容。而求職信函內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括那些?通常根據(jù)所欲謀求的工作性質(zhì)而定�；旧�，可以包括下列幾項：
1. 寫這封信的目的或動機：通常求職信都是針對報紙上招聘廣告而寫的。若此，信中便須提到何月何日的報紙，有時‘工作機會‘是從朋友或介紹所(如青輔會就業(yè)輔導(dǎo)中心)聽來的，有時是寫信人不知某機構(gòu)、公司有工作機會，毛遂自薦而寫的信，不論是哪一種，求職信上一定要說明寫信的緣起和目的。
2. 個人資料：寫信人應(yīng)述明自己的年齡或出生年月，教育背景，尤其是和應(yīng)征的職位有關(guān)的訓(xùn)練或教育科目、工作經(jīng)驗或特殊的技能;如無實際經(jīng)驗，略述在學(xué)類似經(jīng)驗亦可。
3. 備詢?nèi)藛T或推薦人：正常的順序是先獲得這些人同意后再把他們的姓名、地址列入信中，推薦人二至三名即可。
4. 結(jié)尾：求職信的結(jié)尾在希望并請求未來的雇主允以面談的機會，因此，信中要表明可以面談的時間。使用的句子要有特性、避免軟弱、老生常談的濫調(diào)。
合格求職信的結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)該就包含以上的內(nèi)容，但只是合格的，要做到優(yōu)秀還得下點苦工。
