　　附：　1、注意語(yǔ)言表達(dá)技巧，不要冗繁瑣碎、結(jié)結(jié)巴巴、自吹自擂

　　介紹自己時(shí)結(jié)結(jié)巴巴，不合邏輯，回答問(wèn)題讓人摸不著頭腦，聲音低得像蚊子叫，一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的自我介紹都冗繁瑣碎，說(shuō)不出重點(diǎn)，這樣的求職者知識(shí)再扎實(shí)也很難打動(dòng)HR，同樣無(wú)論你是一個(gè)多么優(yōu)秀的人，不要在HR面前擺出一副天下的第一樣子，自信變成了自大，張開嘴滔滔不絕。我曾經(jīng)問(wèn)一個(gè)求職者，“你來(lái)這次招聘會(huì)的目的是什么”，他的答案讓人啼笑皆非，他說(shuō)，“我來(lái)走一走、看一看”，接下來(lái)我只能告訴他，“那好，你到別的公司那里去走一走、看一看吧。”

　　2、求職時(shí)要表現(xiàn)出一定的誠(chéng)意，不要讓HR認(rèn)為你是一個(gè)對(duì)職位并不專一的人

　　4、在面試中保持自我，不要鸚鵡學(xué)舌、唯唯諾諾

　　一般而言，企業(yè)是希望招聘到專業(yè)能力好、溝通能力強(qiáng)、有自己見(jiàn)解的人，在招聘會(huì)上不是一味迎合HR就可以獲得更多的機(jī)會(huì)的，HR要面對(duì)眾多的求職者，如果你不能給他留下深刻的印象，而只是一個(gè)跟屁蟲，恐怕機(jī)會(huì)不會(huì)青睞于你。

　　5、注意身份，不要反客為主

　　一些求職者在與HR的交流中感覺(jué)不錯(cuò)，最后卻留下一個(gè)敗筆，比如通知HR說(shuō)“能不能在某月某日之前通知我面試的結(jié)果”，這種說(shuō)法雖然表面客氣，可實(shí)際上是在限定對(duì)方的時(shí)間，好像是在給HR下命令，企業(yè)招聘都遵循一定的流程，不可能會(huì)為某一個(gè)求職者而改變，除非你是企業(yè)急需要的人才，否則，如果這樣給企業(yè)設(shè)定時(shí)間的結(jié)果只能讓你失去機(jī)會(huì)。還有的求職者，在面試中畫蛇添足詢問(wèn)一些不應(yīng)該詢問(wèn)的公司情況，如“貴公司投資規(guī)模有多大?”、“公司的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)如何?”參加求職面試，一定要擺正自己的位置，切不可反客為主，使HR產(chǎn)生反感。
