  4、誠(chéng)信求職,不要弄虛作假

  作假體現(xiàn)在多方面,比如假學(xué)歷、假證書(shū),比如在簡(jiǎn)歷中杜撰工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),夸大個(gè)人成績(jī),每一個(gè)HR都見(jiàn)識(shí)過(guò)成百上千的求職者,識(shí)別作假并不是難事,基本上不會(huì)有HR會(huì)信任一個(gè)弄虛作假的求職者,對(duì)于個(gè)人的一些工作經(jīng)歷進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)男揎棏?yīng)該是不算在弄虛作假范圍之內(nèi)的。我曾看過(guò)一個(gè)應(yīng)屆生的簡(jiǎn)歷,在他的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷里面,居然從事過(guò)財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)這樣的職位,這讓我想不通,是什么樣的公司可以給予一個(gè)實(shí)習(xí)生財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)這樣的職位呢?

  5、注意時(shí)機(jī),不要一開(kāi)口就詢問(wèn)待遇事宜

  報(bào)酬是可以問(wèn)的,但得講究時(shí)機(jī)和氛圍,如果剛一交談,就開(kāi)門見(jiàn)山、直奔主題地問(wèn)起薪酬待遇,會(huì)讓HR認(rèn)為你是一個(gè)只重視收入的人,這樣可能無(wú)法取得HR的好感。
