一些高校的就業(yè)指導專家認為，薦信如果太過“煽情”，反而會降低求職“成交率”。求職信有一套操作規(guī)范，大學生完全可以不用“別出心裁”。自薦信，忌給自己戴高帽子，忌炫耀以往的經(jīng)歷，這樣易給人一種華而不實之感。
另外，專家還認為，一些人在成長的過程中走過許多彎路，這是可以理解的。但是有些大學生卻把這些經(jīng)歷當成資本，進行“情感推銷”，企圖博得用人單位的同情就不足取了。其實，用人單位看了反而會覺得其很虛偽，有失誠信。大學生求職時應(yīng)該反映自己的真實狀況，盡量給企業(yè)一種誠實的感覺。
