　　“此外，不少求職信看上去像塊小“磚頭”，粗粗一數(shù)，竟然有幾十張紙之多，而內(nèi)容之具體簡直像是一本應聘者本人的“自傳”。而且不少“自傳”滿紙是“血淚家史”，或是“從小父母離異”，或是“弟弟輟學在家”，在打動人心方面做足文章。

　　一家用人單位的負責人抱怨，原本花幾個小時就能完成篩選，現(xiàn)在工作量上升了好幾倍，讓人不甚其煩。

　　這類自薦信的淘汰率很高，以前是求職簡歷“注水”嚴重，如今一份原本應該簡單明了的材料也如此濫情，實在讓他們懷疑大學生的個人誠信。

　　一些高校的就業(yè)指導專家認為，薦信如果太過“煽情”，反而會降低求職“成交率”。求職信有一套操作規(guī)范，大學生完全可以不用“別出心裁”。自薦信，忌給自己戴高帽子，忌炫耀以往的經(jīng)歷，這樣易給人一種華而不實之感。

　　另外，專家還認為，一些人在成長的過程中走過許多彎路，這是可以理解的。但是有些大學生卻把這些經(jīng)歷當成資本，進行“情感推銷”，企圖博得用人單位的同情就不足取了。其實，用人單位看了反而會覺得其很虛偽，有失誠信。大學生求職時應該反映自己的真實狀況，盡量給企業(yè)一種誠實的感覺。
