　　附：資料要簡短貼題

　　謹記雇主每次接到大量求職信，一般會以「快睇」速度看求職信及履歷表，所以內(nèi)容要整齊、簡短、貼題為原則。除非招聘廣告特別要求手寫求職信，否則求職信必須以打字形式，才夠整齊。內(nèi)容必須要度身造，求職者要簡單解釋個人的才能為何勝任該職位。頁數(shù)方面，求職信1頁便可。履歷表雖然是記錄求職者所有的資料如個人背景、學(xué)歷、工作經(jīng)驗等，但頁數(shù)亦要適可而止。年資不多求職者1、2頁便可，年資深厚者亦不可超過10頁，而年資愈多，部分學(xué)歷亦可以簡略，如不用仔細明大學(xué)讀過甚么科目，同時最好 Point Form (要點形式)羅列。

　　常犯錯誤：求職信過分冗長，亦不能針對應(yīng)征職位的要求，例如申請涉及地域性的職位，但求職信則純粹列明過往工作種類，卻不寫明以往的工作曾負責過地域性的事務(wù)。

　　履歷表資料要連貫

　　這點主要針對寫履歷表，內(nèi)容所提到的年份必須要有連貫性，列明每年的工作崗位，就算有些年份沒有工作做，亦要注明。如果有些年份會同時期讀書及工作亦要注明是兼讀形式，以免雇主對你過去工作有太多的懷疑，對你的申請缺乏興趣。

　　常犯錯誤：有些人在工作數(shù)年后，會抽身全職進修，之后一年未有工作做，但當求職時，履歷表卻漏寫了待業(yè)的資料。
