一、日期低于聯(lián)系方式兩行,靠右邊;提要低于日期一行,靠左邊。在英文求職信中,日期靠左邊/右邊,提要低于日期兩行,靠右邊。
二、能夠用對(duì)方的姓名直呼對(duì)方最好,因?yàn)槿藗兌际窍矚g別人稱呼自己的名字。所以,想辦法去弄清楚面試負(fù)責(zé)人的姓名和性別。如果不能,你可以使用“尊敬的雇主”或干脆用“早上好”比起用“尊敬的先生或女士”要親切地多。
三、想盡一切辦法,讓求職信的第一句話就抓住閱讀者,讓他能認(rèn)真地讀你的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷。使對(duì)方感興趣的金科玉律是:從對(duì)方的'利益出發(fā),為對(duì)方的利益服務(wù)。
