英語調(diào)查報告開頭格式范文

　　The survey report is generally composed of two parts of the title and the text.

　　調(diào)查報告一般由標題和正文兩部分組成。

　　(一)標題。標題可以有兩種寫法。一種是規(guī)范化的標題格式，即“發(fā)文主題”加“文種”，基本格式為“××關(guān)于××××的調(diào)查報告”、“關(guān)于××××的'調(diào)查報告”、“××××調(diào)查”等。另一種是自由式標題，包括陳述式、提問式和正副題結(jié)合使用三種。

　　(二)正文。正文一般分前言、主體、結(jié)尾三部分。

　　1.前言。有幾種寫法：第一種是寫明調(diào)查的起因或目的、時間和地點、對象或范圍、經(jīng)過與方法，以及人員組成等調(diào)查本身的情況，從中引出中心問題或基本結(jié)論來;第二種是寫明調(diào)查對象的歷史背景、大致發(fā)展經(jīng)過、現(xiàn)實狀況、主要成績、突出問題等基本情況，進而提出中心問題或主要觀點來;第三種是開門見山，直接概括出調(diào)查的結(jié)果，如肯定做法、指出問題、提示影響、說明中心內(nèi)容等。前言起到畫龍點睛的作用，要精練概括，直切主題。

　　2.主體。這是調(diào)查報告最主要的部分，這部分詳述調(diào)查研究的基本情況、做法、經(jīng)驗，以及分析調(diào)查研究所得材料中得出的各種具體認識、觀點和基本結(jié)論。

　　3.結(jié)尾。結(jié)尾的寫法也比較多，可以提出解決問題的方法、對策或下一步改進工作的建議;或總結(jié)全文的主要觀點，進一步深化主題;或提出問題，引發(fā)人們的進一步思考;或展望前景，發(fā)出鼓舞和號召。
